The letter of hope was written for you if you are currently feeling suicidal, or are considering taking your own life. It was written by people who have experienced similar feelings and understand.
This site is designed to help you think about emotional problems and work towards solving them. Emotional problems are often the mind and body’s way of saying that something needs to be changed in our life.
The Sleep Council
The Sleep Council is an impartial, advisory organisation that raises the awareness of the importance of a good night’s sleep to health and wellbeing and provides helpful advice and tips on how to improve sleep quality and create the perfect sleep environment.
We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
At Rethink Mental Illness, we improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through services and local groups, expert information and training, and successful campaigning. Our goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We're here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We work to relieve and support those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy. We work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression and also campaign to raise awareness of the conditions.
